Our fist step should be to look within ourselves and do some serious soul searching and discover the untapped leadership potential that resides in each and every one of us. Then as we uncover our own indwelling leadership "light" and choose to let it shine forth, we will rise to meet the challenge of any seeming circumstance with all the wisdom, power and authority to create the change we need, demand and accept.
